Le titre de son recueil pourrait suggérer que Metaparte déclenche la furie et le chaos de son système semi-modulaire presque par acccident, au gré de sa manipulation, dans une transe proche de l’écriture automatique.

Revendiquant certes une esthétique de la spontanéité dans sa pratique de la musique électronique, Metaparte, avec ses collages sonores pleins de fureur, de déflagrations et de ruptures est l’artisan très conscient d’un feu sonique éxécuté de doigts de maître.

Ce synthésiste inspiré jette dans son brasier musical ses influences anti-romanesques en nous invitant à une flânerie hyperactive et dionysiaque.

The title of his album “Catastrophes aux doigts” could suggest that Metaparte triggers the fury and chaos of his semi-modular system almost serendipitously, as though he is submerged in a trance, similar to that of automatic writing.

However, it would be wrong to think that Metaparte relies merely on spontaneity in his practice of electronic music. When in fact his aesthetic, sound collages full explosions and ruptures, is a conscious sonic fire executed with masterful fingers.

This inspired synthesist throws his anti-romantic influences into his musical inferno by inviting us to a hyperactive and Dionysian stroll.
